Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery address and displayed at checkout.

Delivery time for Belgium & the Netherlands:
1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment.

This delivery time is indicative and depends on the chosen carrier, carrier workload and external factors.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (if available).

Payment by Bank Transfer

We will process your order once full payment has been received. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for bank transfer processing.

After placing your order, you will automatically receive all payment details by email.

Returns

Not completely satisfied? You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products:

• Are unopened and undamaged
• Are in their original packaging
• Have not been used or altered

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to an error or damage upon delivery.
