Article 1 – Definitions

Article 2 – Identity of House Jane

Article 3 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer by House Jane and every distance agreement concluded with the consumer.
By placing an order, the consumer accepts these terms without reservation.
These terms are made available electronically via the website. A copy will be sent free of charge upon request.

Article 4 – The Offer

Products are described as accurately and clearly as possible. Images are indicative and not binding.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind House Jane.
Each offer is valid while stocks last.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is established when the consumer accepts the offer and meets all conditions.
House Jane confirms the acceptance electronically.
For electronic orders, House Jane ensures a secure connection and payment environment.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product.
During this period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify us by email.

Article 7 – Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon valid withdrawal, the consumer will be reimbursed within 14 days, including standard shipping costs.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Withdrawal

All prices are in euros, including VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
Prices may change at any time but do not apply retroactively.

Article 10 – Delivery

House Jane delivers in Belgium and other EU countries as shown during checkout.
Orders are delivered within the timeframe shown on the product page.
In case of delays, the customer will be informed in time.

Article 11 – Payment

The consumer must pay using the online payment methods offered.
If payment is not completed in time, House Jane reserves the right to cancel the order.

Article 12 – Warranty and Conformity

House Jane guarantees that the products meet the agreement and normal expectations of quality and usability.
Complaints are handled seriously and resolved as soon as possible.

Article 13 – Complaints

Complaints can be submitted by email to [insert email address].
We aim to respond within 14 days.
If a solution cannot be reached, the consumer may appeal to an independent dispute body via BeCommerce or the EU's ODR platform.

Article 14 – Liability

House Jane is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
For direct damages, liability is limited to the order amount unless otherwise required by law.

Article 15 – Disputes and Applicable Law

All agreements are governed solely by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of the district where House Jane’s registered office is located, unless mandatory law stipulates otherwise.
